Are the wahl guards better or easier to use than the style crafts? Because the 0 is longer than the .5 in wahls is there a difference

They’re probably slightly different. Just comes down to what you’re more comfortable with. I’ve always used the Wahl system

Just got a pair maybe a month ago. The one guard came all scratched and the two guard busted on my already. Stick to the Wahl premium because they don’t respond to emails.

I just got these guards in today. Wish I had watched this and READ the comments first. I'm not a fan. They seem cheap. Every one of mine rattles when closed. I have babyliss pro fx, not zero gaped. You can see that the right side of the guard is flexed when attached to the clipper. It doesn't sit straight, causing the rattle/rub when closed. I literally just wanted the different colors. Bummer

Make sure your still blade is centered. Mine hit on one of my clippers I thought it was the guards. The moving blade wasn’t centered and it was hitting one side and not going as far the other way. May help the problem 👍🏻

I know this is not where to go for problems I have but this isn't a problem more of something I find weird and wonder if anyone else noticed it or has the same weirdness thing as me. So I just got my skittle color way guards but the number on the guards is different than the number on the tray. The 1 guard is in a 2/2-1 slot, the 1, 1/2 in a 3, the 2 is in 4, 3 in 5, 4 in 6, 6 in 7 and the first and last guards are in spots with the right numbers.

Yeah that tray is made for 1-8, not using the .5 or 1.5. That's why there isn't a 5 or 7
