How I Added This Forgotten NPC BACK to Terraria

Recently, the people at Re-Logic decided that the Scraggler should be removed from the game due to his "offensive dialogue". Unfortunately, there is no publicly available information on the Scraggler, so I had to do my best to piece it together. I'm really proud of what we have come up with!

I think the funniest part is that the Scraggler is just Toa Lewa from the 2001 wave of Bionicle lmao edit: wanted to add that “fishing him up from the jungle” is most definitely a reference to how Lewa’s main region is a jungle and how the Toa in 2001 washed ashore the island (2001-2003 arc) in canisters

I mean he existed only for a short while, and was obscure. Also was that a linear 6-7 years? My time playing was filled with some large gaps. I also started on mobile, so that's a factor.

Im going to be 100% honest here. I remember the shell scraper. Well, the "its scrapin time" description First time i played Terraria on my Xbox 360 back in the day a hacker joined and just spread very rare items everywhere in my world. Stacked Terra blades, Picksaws or whatever there called (pickaxe from gollem), Some magic books, Ect. And i simply remember the words "its scrapin time" and just over looked it. I always thought it was a misspeslling when i was younger.
