Also, while I don’t know how these fair against 4d scaling, but Aang in the comics scales kills General Old Iron by accident with only a single attack and and could contend with the Mother of Faces, who effectively created the idea of different identities near the beginning of time (though, I am mostly going off of memory here).

I was gonna go in depth with it in terms of feats, but honestly they are incredibly similar. Both can throw massive boulders and react to lightning. However aang has more of an arsenal being capable of fire, water, air and earth bending so has that edge. Though what this fight comes down too is how would kais chi sucking ability affect aang and can aang actually stop it. Since we know aang can energy bend, but has to get close, which kai can do it at a far. Plus would aang have the willpower to overcome kais chi absorbing to stop it. We know as well if aang doesn't win that struggle he will perish as a consequence.
