Awesome work, glad we can continue to help with your new project F82! I'll certainly never complain about doing this job on a lift ever again. Getting the bushings out of the front bracket while keeping it on the car was the right call for sure! Lot of work but man are you going to feel a huge difference at your upcoming track day.

Comments definitely gave me more confidence that my car will still be ok to daily, rather than being obnoxiously stiff and have too much NVH. Having the Powerflex rear mounting bracket, and front bracket bushings installed tomorrow (purple ones). Let's see how the car behaves after.

Awesome I need to do mine still. How’s the whine? Did it add much?

Zero whine or additional NVH. These are the purple street bushings.

Is there a solid option? The flex is what kills the metal cause it keeps shocking back and forward. Any plans to track this or replace the e46? Subscribed to this... i love you're mods and detailed vids!

Powerflex has the black street bushings that are harder and more track worthy, not solid though. Other brands carry solid aluminum but that's for dedicated track cars. I have solid aluminum diff bushings on my E46 M3 track car and there's definitely diff whine and additional NVH. My M4 will be more of a dual purpose build that I'll track occasionally. It may end up replacing the E46 but we'll see. Thanks!

@SeanS54 Please keep the e46 M3. It is less than 10 years away from being a classic car

How did you find the ride after? Any knocking sounds or diff noise?

No knock or additional diff noises. I choose the purple street bushings for OE like NVH.

It more like a clunking sound when you press on gas really fast or let go of the gas really fast
