Here in England £1 notes ($1.30) were replaced with coins in 1983, so we can't have this fun. Our paper £5 notes were replaced by polymer in 2016. So nothing older than 6 years to look for. Our oldest coins are dated 1971 so not much to look out for our change. Just a few rare commemoratives.

Isn't most of value in crooked or double stamped mistakes and mistakes with inking or just any misprints or flaws in the bills, on BOTH SIDES OF THE BILLS! Yet i feel he's Not looking for these flaws very carefully, he's only looking at the serial #s....
