Yes! Just finding your channel. Thanks for posting this stuff. I 2nd the question, any clues to finding this? I’ve hiked Mormon Branch (it’s a clear creek) and never found the source of the water. Good luck if you ever give it a try. I’m willing to give you pointers if you do give it a try.

I’ve yet to hike Mormon but it is on my list! I’ve had a buddy make it out to the source, I’m told it’s easier to find in the dry season as it’s not a heavy flow.

This spring was trashed, before I found it, by the “natives” that claim to love this land. I found beer cans dating back to the early 2000s stacked in a pile under a rotting tree stand. The entire entrance to this area of the forest had sofas, carpet and TVs lining the hunting roads in. I don’t geo tag the places I find to help protect, but it’s not the hikers that are trashing these places.
