Hilary, I grew up watching your grand dad, I was wondering does anyone think you have a advantage by having 2 pro anglers in your family? also having your dad be your boat captain in tournaments that is if he gets to be your captain? Good luck to the both of you.

It is 1000% an advantage, he drives the boat, he knows where the fish are and that’s the most important thing. He knows what to throw, and when. It’s extremely difficult to even go out to tournaments without a boater, and once you get one, you need to teach yourself. I’m sure there aware how lucky they are and know they have an advantage.

Ms Hilary when you're running an A Rig and the Bass are being finicky like that, find a way to make the A Rig pop. Like a quick snap on the reel to make it spread out and bounce or a little rip tip action to make the baits have an erratic look. A lot of times that will trigger a bug reaction bite.
