is it just me or does that trailer look very top-heavy? i would like it a bit lower centre of gravity

The trailer is very well balanced and easy to handle. The RTT is only 90kg. The general issue with the trailer is that I am carrying virtually no load in it, the tyres are at 15PSI but could easily go lower and we are deliberately taking onto far more extreme tracks than what anyone else will. So it gives the appearance of bouncing around a bit. it's actually the best trailer we've ever teethed as bar as towing and wheeling around go.

@@cyclemoto8744 We don't need a trailer as such. But we want to do more to promote touring in Australia and this was an opportunity to be more inclusive of those who do tow as well as creating more opportunity to provide educational points about towing. The fact that it is also an Aussie made product is great. And the trailer has proved to be awesome for many reasons. So yes we don't need it in some ways but we do in other ways. Our job is to educate and entertain, not just tour around as efficiently and light as we can...if that makes sense.

Other than Simon and the white Rhino the rest of you need to actually use your 4x4's, might make for some better veiwing

It's a shame the video makes the tracks look so easy. Everyone did the same tracks as Simon except for the two deeper mud holes. Definitely some great tracks. And the White Rhino is a beast...but wait for the next episode...we don't even try to take him up one of the hill climbs...LOL.
