Eat well and lift weights. I haven't even listened to it but I know what the answer is. Grandma never lifted a weight in her life but she did plenty of gardening and shopping and housework. She lived to be 98. If you and I do that we will be doing pretty well..

Hi Doctor, Thanks a lot for the excellent info. Is there any update or is it commercially available now? Many sources indicate that Repamycin is an anti-aging agent so is it someting that does these apparently opposing duties, as commonly one may expect that reducing rate of aging means maintaing or increasing muscle strength and mass. You response will be much appreciated.
