11:19 Did you not see the sign on the pole on the left? "Residents and Authorised vehicles only"? 10:23 There are 12 varieties of Shag in NZ, the Pied Shag is named for it's plumage, e.g. Black and White (Pied), these ones look to be Spotted Shags but I may be wrong without a closer look
