I watched Missing and I enjoyed it a lot. Did not see the twist coming. I think the part where Kim says he didn't know his daughter was sad but also true. We don't know the people in our lives as much as we hope we do; we only know how they are when they're with us. He didn't know his own brother(-in law?) was smoking weed with his daughter. It doesn't mean he's a bad father or that we are bad people, we at times find it easier to mold ourselves to the comfort level of people we care about.

When this became rentable at home, got stoned with my friend and her mom, and we rented this just to put something on. All 3 of us got super engrossed watching this. All the twist were blowing our minds! 😅 This and Missing are so good, definitely should get talked about more. Edit: I forgot I wanted to recommend Law Abiding Citizen if you've never seen that before. It's a thriller and it's wild!

"Searching" made. history as the first film based on just your screen it was notable in discussions. I just saw John Cho's new A.I. horror movie "Afraid" last night, I was impressed. I thought it was going to be okay like "Insidious", but it was really good.

This kinda reminds me of the telenovelas Donde Esta Elisa and Buscando Frida on Telemundo. The girl has a secret life and goes missing. But in the telenovelas the uncle was the bad guy and the investigator was romantically involved woth the mom lmao
