This video just saved me. I know that sounds dramatic and whatnot. but it truly did. It pulled me out of a 2 day spiral and brought clarity to my thoughts. I am the one holding me back by clinging onto the past and putting expectations on new people and new situations/opportunities based on what happened before with completely different people and circumstances. But the common denominator is always me. That's not to say I shame myself but instead I feel empowered to enact the change that I want and need in my life by recognizing that the old me needed to keep learning those lessons, and the new me now has to apply those lessons, not repeat them. Holy shit, I needed this. Thank you. Accountability IS compassion. P.S. This really aligned with a self reading I did the night before my spiral, and I think the last 2 days have been a test to see if I took the answers to heart.

Wow 👌. My mind has been so undisisive , for a long time now . However there is big change going on for me at the moment. I was in a relationship for nearly ten years we split because things had to change. I got mixed up with a third party. A lass I knew from school days .
