The flywheel fins are more for engine cooling!! If the flywheel shroud and all the tins, that should have been around the cylinder heads, were on it, the air is forced around cylinders to keep them cool. If they are not going back on, watch for engine overheat issues.

Great point. I need the clearance for the front tire, so maybe I spread the front axle wider to get more clearance, or possibly look at an electric cooling fan under the hood to help create air movement around the cylinder head. Appreciate the insight. All these details will make it a better build in the end.
