​@@berkeleycreager3601SEGA used to plan for several different teams: - Team Sonic and Chaotix would both be the same as they are now - Team Rose would have had Rouge as the Power-type instead of Big - Big would have partnered with Chaos Zero and E-102 Gamma - Metal Sonic would team up with Ray and Mighty in the second unnamed team - Fang, Bean, and Bark would have been the final unnamed team.

I can't deny that there's excellent musicians at work on this track. But I feel like the guitar lead of this one song is just too important to its feel and identity. This arrangement doesn't stink, but I personally would never pick it over the original Seaside Hill or one of the many other remixes this track has.
