Nice one MIke. I was born in Marine Street just under 65 years ago but I've been away a long time. Glanmorfa - worked there one summer. Glanmor Arms - I remember it. I had forgotten Zamit's Chimney - what a landmark.

Duw! Diolch Mike. My Mum, Alice Megan Roberts, was born at No 12 Coronation Rd, Bigyn and my Dad, William Edward Lewis Thomas, at No 12, Railway Place, Seaside. Mamgu, Rachel Thomas had 3/4 caravans on the site at the farm on Broughtn Bay, Llangennith where I spent nearly every summer of my young life up until late teens. Many a Christmas at 'Mam's' Seaside. Still have a cousin at the address with her son, another cousin and his wife around in Bryn Road as for the rest of us, we are all dispersed, home and abroad! Diloch yn fawr iawn Mike, from a 65 year old Sospan! Cymru Rydd!

Having been born and brought up in llanelli and just returned to live after an absence of Some 50years I have thoroughly enjoyed your footage of seaside where I was born.I Wondered if you have any photographs of ' the bal' where we all used to play in the early 50's.To date I've. not been able to find any..It was such a lovely area of seaside and popular With children and adults to walk and sit on warm summer evenings.
