Seaside Luxe Condos NOCC Stop Motion

Hey Simmers! These are 3 luxury NO CC condos - All of them have 2 bathrooms, two of them have 2 bedrooms and one has 1 bedroom. There is a community pool, BBQ deck, gym and small recreation area.
The artwork is from the Sims 4 gallery and was recreated in game by various simmers using the photography or paint by reference options. It is not custom content and will be in the build if downloaded. I hashtag the simmers that recreated the artwork - you can find their names in the lot description. Check out their gallery profiles for more artwork!

This is literally the first time I’m ever commenting on KZbin ever but I just had to say that I’ve watch PLENTY of builders and you are by far one of the best out there. I love how in every video (so far what I’ve seen) you have color schemes and colors that complement each other. I like your creativity and you’re not like other builders who go waaaay too far with getting creative and things just end up looking... odd to say the least. Amazing job

I personally try to think of the functionality of a home when partioning rooms. Also it helps to put a piece of furniture in the room to help you get an idea for room size. I will keep that video idea in mind though!

Thank you. Which wallpapers? They are all from the game, I do not use CC. I most frequently get asked about Spa Day wallpaper and the multicolor wallpaper which is a base game wallpaper called sunset something or other.

Use the cinematic camera feature. Set camera positions with ctrl 5,6,7 & 8 - then in tab mode press your numbers of the cam positions you saved.
