Usually 2 to 3 hours whenever I got out to skate. I skate roughly 2-3 times a week on average.

It is very similar to the Grapevine, the party were you have both feet turned inwards. What separates it from the Grapevine is that you hold the position where your feet are turned inwards for much longer.
