Our society badly needs people like her with feelings, emotions and empathy

Such a wonderful interview. I have had the fortune to have met Claire quite some time ago and had quite a few dealings with her. I still have such wonderful memories of her time at Williams. So pleased to see her beyond the world of F1.

Great interview! My wife and I were so fortunate enough to get a Photo with Claire at Melbourne in 2019. She was soo lovely. I’ve been a Williams fan and supporter ever since the first f1 race I watched on tv in 1996. I’m always proud of the team and was always proud of Claire as many people were around the world

having a microphone right in the front and center of a shot is the weirdest decision I've seen. hopefully there is a camera man that understands framing in the future

Had the great pleasure in meeting Claire and Sir Frank after sending a painting to her at Williams. What a lovely person and it was quite clear that she was passionate about the team. I wonder if she kept the watercolour of the butterfly I did. Any chance you could find out? Maria

I've always thought that Claire did an amazing job at Williams during difficult times for the team and got precious little credit for it; stepping up to de facto Team Principal to run a business of that size would be daunting for most people, and doubly so when your family name is above the door.

This interviewer has a very interesting technique of interrupting the interviewee to retroactively ask the question that they’re already answering.

I actually know Claire. I worked for Williams in the Conference Centre... I'm only 5' 1" always wanted to be 5' 5" or 5' 6". . Never going to be but just wanted to be. I don't think it would have made any difference in the team but I do understand what Claire means. Not a fan of smaller men though. They sometimes have a huge complex. Not always. Surely People should enjoy a challenge... Isn't that what it's about. Good interview.

As hard as a might seem to be a short woman, believe me, it's much worse as a short man, other men can be absolutely brutal with short guys. There's a reason why so many short men have anger issues and it's generally from being walked all over every day by men and women.
