Showing up for you means being mindful and present with each moment, opportunities and/or experiences. Showing up to our daily life is all about giving ourselves permission to LIVE, learn, correct course and THRIVE without regret or fear of doing it wrong. Too many of us spend the day worried about the what if’s. Over thinking the things that haven’t even happened. Faces buried in social media experiencing other peoples lives instead of being an active participant our own lives. LIKE WTF? How is that fulfilling? Life has a way of taking over and sweeping us up SO showing up for it won’t be an accident. We have to do it ON PURPOSE!
