This was lowkey kinda hard to put together because of the way the show has jumped around the timeline, so i did have to make some judgment calls about what to include given some of it might be cut or pushed back to season 3. Oh, and i'm working to try and fix the sublitles but it seems to be a youtube issue. Lastly if you just want to watch the episode 8 lore, i would skip to the last chapter.

I liked that they showed a member of the green men and Bloodraven. I think it was Bloodraven who whispered to Alfred Broome, "Traitor"

Bloodraven wasn't born yet or are u thinking he did the same as bran did with Hodor? Less effective tho. Could be likely because only ser Alfred heard the voice like how only Hodor could see/hear bran

Book Daemon is a cunning SOB. A fearsome warrior dragonlord and leader of men. Daemon was always two steps ahead of Aemond's plans. Book Daemon is pragmatic and uses brains over meaningless dragon threats. Book Aemond like it's show counterpart is complete maniac and genocidal freak and kinslayer on top of that (A classic anime villain). Book Rhaenyra has as much fire inside Her as Daemon. Book Rhaenrya ordered Daemon to fed Vaemond to Syrax. She was quite satisfied with a son for a son tactic Daemon used against Greens to take revenge for Lucerys's murder.

Rare Bracken W's are awesome since we always hear about the Blackwood W's. Really hope we get to see more from both and I'm excited to see The Knight of the Seven kingdoms. Seeing Lord Bloodraven and Daemon ii Blackfyre will be cool, but its a shame we won't see Ser Aegor Bittersteel. To The Captain-General of the Golden Company and To The King! 🍻

This was excellent, thanks. What do you think about the HOTD writers dropping Nettles? They’ve also stated in the tv series that Sunfyre, Aegon’s dragon, is dead - yet the dragon has an important role later in the story, in Rhaenyra’s demise?? I can’t see how the writers will work this out…

Things could always be better or worse and this season Paddy, Millie, and more being gone were already going to make something feel missing anyway. We got to see more dragon action than ever and i believe they outdid themselves in the episode the red and the gold. They could have just crashed into eachother and it could have been over but we got a pretty cool looking extended battle imo and im excited to see how well they can continue to do. I also enjoyed the red sowing. They spent a decent amount of time telling that part of the story and i believe they were effective in the way they chose to do it. Not everyone is going to love decisions and changes but i am atleast certain they know how to do great dragon designs, personalitys, and battles with them so im looking forward to more.

I dont like the season Of course music art costumes CGI designs actors are TOP, 10 perfect But the characters feel like zero "arc" for example Cole and Alicent are literally walking around orbiting they are no players at all and they lack interactions with other characters And of course the ending totally screw the purpose of the dance to "prophecies" and Alicent the traitor The lack of final battle is not bad but they could end with SOMETHING like Rhaena riding the dragón or something close But now not only they end all open but MEANS THEY ARE GONNA INTRODUCE the characters in episode 1 season 3 after 2 years in 5 minutes before 3 battles Meaning the second episode is the big fight (3 days before says this episode)
