Actually Sancho's move from United comes with a conditional option to buy between 20-25mil euros depending on Chelsea's position. With you finishing 4th, it should be 25mil euros flat :) so it doesn't count as a transfer, similar to Kovacic's transfer to Chelsea years ago from Real Madrid
