Reducing the TTK is a very bad idea when you know that the slow TTK is one of the game's charms, so the Lstar at 20 dgt per bullet is an aberration (as are the other weapons that were already meta in the previous season) at this rate I really fear for the future of the game whose identity is dying by the day. I'm aware that if we do nothing, players won't come, but if there were fun content and few cheaters, there would still be at least 140k average players on steam, so the TTK is clearly not the problem; on the contrary, in my opinion, it's likely to become one.

do remember that the support buffs this season thats been making ttk incredibly long is whats been leading to decline in players especially those who solo q. You just cant win against a 3 stack with infinite fkn resses and heals and it usually ends up with 3rd 4th 5th parties arriving on the scene everytime. Also Buffing supports this season was supposed to make early knocks forgiving and making it easier for new players but guess where we are at now. IM TELLING U LESSER TTK IS GONNA REVIVE THE GAME A BIT. Even with the new ttk the game is still gonna be one of the longest ttks for a shooter game and its not gonna lose its identity anytime soon

But with red shields and the now support meta, a lot of us are ending up with 1000 damage 1 kill in ranked games and that's insane effort to reward ratio, while cheaters remain rampant in plat, diamond and masters, especially wallhackers and soft aimbots, which are hard to tell. But you ain't telling me that the level 100 loba knows exactly where I am and downs two people in one clip is not cheating now.

If you have played this game long enough you would understand Respawn constantly defeats the purpose of specific legends and classes all the time. They love to make things OP and oppressive and then make them extremely underwhelming or pointless. My recommendation is to not take things so seriously as anything is on the table for change for good or for worse. Also keep in mind that the core group of Devs that made Apex have all exited so whatever we get now is another persons vision for this game

They should make where if you melee with Ash after doing her dash she does a sword attack that has a much more generous hitbox and like 5-10 more damge than the standard melee. She really should be able to use her sword to attack to some capacity.

We don’t really need a new character. I’d much rather get a new weapon but we have enough in the game that they just need to cycle things to keep it fresh. Example being we used to have anvil receiver seasons with double tap. Then others we would get hammerpoint/ disruptor. They haven’t had anvil in for over a year

Last time it was even remotely close was s6 when they took 25 off all shields. This will make the game more newcomer friendly
