It won't change anything, your honing will also be more expensive.

@@Despond Yeah, I was about to say the same thing. They are a business with a focus for revenue and predominantly, that revenue is gained from inciting fomo. That formula is baked into every system in the game. It's likely not going to change. It may feel like it with a hard reset for a few raid releases but it'll be the same regardless.

Arcana in the video doesn't use a blue ruin skill, if you look closely she activates a card that sends an attack to consume stacks. So it's not a skill, it's ark passive that adds a new card.

oh i love the visual updates, also more story stuff! i finished memories as well, looks like there will be a quest about the music box again, looking forward to it! well.. we have to wait a little longer than korea but i appreciate some time to breathe :'D also akkan fled like brelshaza, he didnt die, so .. i guess it makes sense for him to come back at some point xD

Ohh, maybe, just maybe, one day they will add duo for old raids and 4 party for old raids, maybe it will solve gatekeeping problem and endless supports waiting room but solo raids are first steps

if they don't change the honing system and other vertical progression systems for the international release, then they will be shooting themselves in the foot trying to get new players interested. Lost Ark could be WAY more successful if it weren't designed with korean mmo-style progression systems and it hurts the game long term to keep things the way they are with nothing but band-aid solutions. More mats won't solve the problem, the fundamental systems need to change. Ark Passives are probably a step in the right direction though.

So we get all this freedom in exploring new builds and changing builds whenever we want. But gems we still need to spend 30mil silver on to reroll everytime we want to change skills and we can’t choose between dmg and cd. Nice sg really well done.

Despite the fact i am ftp player i am looking forward for solo mode!!! I always hesitate to go with other in legion raids because i can not learn the mechanics only by video and not practice it and this is dangerous for the team and i dont have friends to play because of PTW stuff, also NO MORE idiot pugs to destroy the entire legion raid because they dont care about learning mechanics. I hope the solo to have the same rewards to normal legion raids (i dont mean gold) so i can get everything and not the richest get the final box and rewards :3. My biggest hope however is they make the rng honing to not be so punishing, i am 1610 and i waste almost 50k gold to reach there from 1605...

If solo raids are not up to at least 1 raid below latest it's just gonna be garbage because people not wanting to ever engage with parties are forced to be 1 year behind which is dumb as fuck

Solo raids are meant for new as in you just started the game players or for your alts. Why do people play online games, MMOs "MMOLite" in Lost Arks case, and dont wish to party up or make friends, its so weird.

looks cool with all the new features, solo (or a way to practice raids) is really the only one make it or brake it that I'm looking for as I'm a whale with some time but sadly no online friends. . Even better if I can try the raids with my wife that is not a gamer. Gunlancer dash is nice feature though, about time they make it the same as all the toons.

normal engravings books are still important. The more books you read, the stronger that engraving becomes in the ark passive. It's just not the case for class books.
