As someone who did the Damascus grind, when you get around to the scorestreaks on the launchers and you have to deal with trying to beg the enemy to run UAVs, you’ll eat your words.

Alert pings every 0.2 seconds instead of 0.8 is major, certainly since it counters dead silence completely (also audio ranges). Get a melee rushing you pinged at 0.2 or hiding means you still have time to deal with it unlike at 0.8 you'll be already 6 feet deep.

And in a “ranked” mode where it’s “supposedly” competitive it’s a handicap catered to players who can’t streak up. Which is quite literally in opposition to any “competitive mode”

In persistence your score does not reset but the amount of points used to be double. Now, it's only 1.8. If scorestreak with 1000 points used to be 2000 points now it's worth 1800 points. Hope that helps
