Thank you for that list. I have to admit, I don't read the guides or such because there's just too much to absorb. Your list is great so I can get started on stuff now. I was doing old quests and working on alts, but my mains right now are a gnome mage (my main since 2008) and a human paladin (I discovered I like bashing things in the face!) So I can start getting things together for both of them (and maybe an alt or two)

Maybe the limitiations on getting gear this early on is made so time gated cause of the fact there is so many funnels you can follow to get said gear. And the blizzcon, never been able to go to one, so I'm not bummed. As long as they do alot more and cool original and fun events in game, then screw whatever money spending I'd have to do just to do something in person.

More character slots WOOOOOOOOOOT! So happy I don't have to delete any of my 60 characters to take part in this cool feature! Not sure what I will make. Most likely just another hunter lol. I've been a hunter main from 2004 beta till today. MAYBE a druid. I do enjoy that one a lot as well. Only 1 evoker per server still restriction? If not I will make a second one of those. for a long time I have said it would be better if blizz has the con once every other year. it gives them time to get enough together to announce, saves them money and the amount of time needed to set everything up which is time best spent on working on games. smort move blizz

Honestly, I was excited for Blizzards new Dungeon M+ model this patch. Turns out it's not so great IMHO. All they accomplished by removing the bottom 9 M+ tiers was make a giant gap in gear progression. I could always queue into a +2 and work my way up, but not now. Going into week 3 I still haven't queued for a single +2, because of the ilvl disparity. And I've gotten KSM every patch this season. It's like blizz posted a giant "You must be this tall" sign, and it doesn't feel good at all.

Yeah, at least you got a new weapon I wanted to push my Frost DK this season but got a 499 One-handed weapon on my TW cache. Yeah that’s a great start. Off to a great start. A literally useless piece of gear that can’t even just be a ilvl upgrade or a stat-stick. You’re awesome Blizzard. Giving weapons for builds the you don’t use should DEFINITELY be something that can come in a a once every 4 week cache

I do not like the acquisition model for profession knowledge. It is way too time-gated. If they continue with this, there needs to be a way that we can no-life it if we want. Dirt/Scout Packs seem to stop giving knowledge after some small amount each week or I have been incredibly unlucky this xpac. That's not a great way either at any rate.

I noticed dungeons seemed harder and way higher gear is needed to get in. Previous seasons didn't feel like this and I'm not sure if this is a good or a bad thing. For a no effort content season, if someone's burned out, they're definitely not going to try.

Mythic 7's are no joke at this point. We were timing 20+ with ease last season. But damn we failed to time a M7 on Uldaman. It was tough. But once we get our updated 4 sets and trinks, I think we'll be doing 10's pretty soon. I level 492 right now. But have like 5 pieces of gear in my bags to catalyst and sim depending on what I get from Vault.

Think of it like this... if you are 492, you are geared for 12s but trying to do 17s. Not timing isn't unexpected but still should try :p

It’s kind of crazy the ilevel swing has. I’ve just been plugging 2s to get my Ilevel up from 483. I’ve depleted some 2s with pugs and with people around 490+ finished with 16 minutes left. Around 510 people are going to blow up 10s.

Heroics are fine for practice without Mythic 0 in TWW-S1 *because* Heroics are the new Mythic 0. They literally replace Mythic 0 in all ways.

In shattrath there's a quest to do time walking black temple that gives you a high ilvl item. Bt itself also drops good gear so is worth doing either way.

I don't object to crest caps, but 120 is too low, especially for a season 4. Seems like its reasonable for people to want to fill their vault, so I'd expect the cap should come after a full raid clear and 8 M+'s. I think that would put the cap around 200-220 depending on raid. It feels bad to be finishing up your vault and being completely out of crests.

They messed up with the caps. I could have geared my main by now with full m+ gear and started working on my alt. I already got all 10+ gear slots and finished heroic raid. Now I’m just losing interest in working on an alt.

My biggest problem with season 4 is having gear maxed ilevel in every slot, then have it nothing better than lfr gear. Might be the case every time, but I’ve never been so highly geared at the end of a season.

The raid is so easy even on heroic but for some reason its been a challenge for me as a 488 ilvl lock to get accepted in a m2+ or even making my own group with my key 😂

The huge gap between heroics and m0 doesn't feel great. Some of my alts, especialy healers won't be able to do m0. The champion track gap in the vault from dungeons, also not great. Guess we have to wait for delves to fill these gaps.

The only thing I am not liking, and maybe I am having an ID 10 T issue, but to getting the Bullion I have to do the awakened raid, and I really don't want to run the raid 24 + times so that I can get all the cosmetics or the trinket that is best in slot on all the characters.

Since Bullion is a seasonal currency, if it's plausible you can hold off on some of those alts until more is available, then get multiple per run

@@SoulSoBreezy Probably what I will be doing, as long as I don't have to take all my characters into raids to get it. I took 24 characters through the weekly which the hardest part was the keep since it is on a 2-hour timer. The Awakened raid for the bullion was only done on my main, even though lately I run LFR on my main and 2 protection tanks normally. Time tells, so Goodluck and happy hunting in your adventures. May the loot rolls be forever in your favor.

Hey Breezy, in the first 3 mins of your video.. you were not right. You can get a full spark this week already for a free piece of 502 gear. Just do the weekly quest and then raid finder or PvP.

Time Stamp 2:32 ; Soul did say you get a full spark this week and then a half spark starting next week. Also, the crafted gear you can get using a spark is NOT free. You need mats, flight stones and a crafter to make it (for a fee).

@@-UwU-catgirl- well Tauren Sunwalker is a Paladin amongst their tribes, Drakthyr Lancer would obviously be a SV Hunter, Drakthy Firespewer would be a Fire Mage and then the Earthen will be a Male and a Female, with their classes yet to be determined. i like to create my own classes mentally.

Had a new player in newcomer chat and it was exhausting and almost impossible to explain so he could clearly understand what to play exactly when it comes to WoW. Several versions, several expansions to level with 1 sub, it was all a bloated mess explaining it. He installed classic, went to retail to ask questions because he could only enter retail without a sub...

Why are people so obsessed with gear we all know the first green you get in WW is going to make all your epics worthless. What they need to do is remove rep requirements for finishing the story quests. I was attempting to catch up on the story but I'm level 13 rep, then it says get to rep 24 to continue the story, I'm like whaaa? I just want ro PLAY the story quest Blizz! Such a bad decision.

Weird take. Gearing is the fun part of wow for most of the endgame player base. And no, the first greens we see will not replace heroic and mythic gear. Those usually last until over halfway through the leveling process.

@@TheBulge Weird take. This patch's Greens (Explorer Gear) caps-out at ilvl 476. Which is basically Heroic Raid gear from Season 3. Just from one patch to the next the crappiest gear you can get from a WQ is equal to the previous patch's Heroic Raid gear. And you think the ilvl difference from a completely new expansion will be less? I do love grinding gear, but I have to agree with the OP... the first green you get will probably be equal to Season 4 Heroic Raid gear, that's what WQ greens are right now from just last season.

@wolfshanze5980 you're comparing a new season to new expansion. I'd agree if there were a season 5. There isn't. Season 4 is a meme season just like it was in shadowlands. Heroic gear doesn't get replaced that early most of the time going in to new xpac leveling. Either way, do what you want. Season 4s are now filler seasons while players wait for content.

@@TheBulge I agree it's a filler season, and i'm debating between actually doing the content vs sitting out... probably the only thing really keeping me playing is the Bullion thing just to get xmogs I missed out on... I don't see me buying anything at 2-bullions as gear, i'd rather just spend 1-bullion each, get the xmog and move along... as the saying goes, ilvl is fleeting, but xmog is forever.

For such a huge accomplishment, one would think that even if they don't have a lot to show off, it would still be great to celebrate 30 years of Warcraft and 20 years of WoW. A bug riddled mess - yes. The "Last Hurrah: Dragon Isles" weekly takes up to 3 hours to complete with only 10 minutes of actual game play if that. I took the three hours to permanently close my account with Blizzard, download ESO and start to have fun. FUN, something WOW has been missing for 10 years. Thank you Ion Hashecostus.

While I play both. ESO definitely has its flaws. If you want ANYTHING cool looking, expect to spend $$$. I’ve easily dropped 200$ in the last 2 months in ESO because I wanted cool shit. Luckily I have the income to do so, but those who don’t, be warned. Combat and craft/player housing though is fun. PVP is garbage though.

Some things should be gated. Either way, it's incredibly easy to gear by playing a lot still. It barely holds players back. If there were no cap, it'd promote pros and hard-core players to play nonstop for first few weeks and cause burnout. You don't even play anymore from the sounds of it and that's why you feel strongly about the cap. It's not a big fuckin deal, and this coming from an active CE raider, just play the damn game for the fun of playing it rather than fuckin sweat over nothing
