It's a very good levelling guide but your not getting all your bonuses on the paragon boards even when glyphs are levelled to 15 maxing area ??

How important is the roll on the pants? For example, would it be better to use a 925 power item with much better affixes and min roll on damage, or lower power item with worse affixes but max damage roll?
