What I like about NWA is they take booking back to basics. You take good performers, give them an angle, let them speak a little then let them fight. You don't need twenty minute, waffling mic spots, expensive monster truck segments, dreary three hour shows or grandiose entrances for the most part. You just need sensible booking and talented performers. I have ordered this PPV and I'm looking forward to it.

Aldis needs a more believable opponent, someone who can make fans think he can win. NWA is working with ROH, with AEW, AAA and even Impact, so maybe Christian Cage, EC3, Moose, Pac, Jon Moxley...any of those guys could be a great challenger until Corgan finds a future new champion.

@@zerothehero2628 yes, many times. I think winning the NWA title wae a feel good moment, but he's not a guy to take the promotion to another level. I'm sure Aldis will win it back very soon. If you see Aldis with Christian Cage, Cody, AJ Styles, Kenny Omega, Roman Reigns, Bobby Lashley, Edge, Seth Rollins, Adam Page, Brian Cage, EC3, Mike Bennett, Drew McIntyre...he looks the part, he looks like a star. If you see Murdoch with those guys...he doesn't belong.

Vinny Mac made it to where everyone has to look the part of a male body builder. As an NWA fan, we love it because he can talk and wrestle. You have two options. 1. See things like a mark and analyze everything 2. See it like a fan and see where the story goes Trevor Murdoch and Aldis had a banger of a match. That entire feud(If you saw it including the PowerrrSurge interview with May and Trevor) was built really really well to get the fans who watch NWA behind Trevor. With that said let me pick apart your list lol

@@anxofernandez3344 Christian is already past his prime and can't draw even for AEW. Cody's heart is not in wrestling. AJ Styles is a good wrestler but not a good promo to fit the NWA. Kenny Omega is a joke and would drive away the NWA loyal fans the same way he drove away Impact fans. Reigns is great but he's never leaving the E. Lashley can not promo. Edge.. he shouldn't even be wrestling, let him retire before he gets paralyzed. Rollins is annoying. Hangman Page can not promo but does get the fans behind him. Brian Cage is awful in the ring and can not promo. EC3 would be perfect for NWA but is not a draw. Mike Bennett, same with EC3. Drew, same as Reigns. Realistically, EC3 and Mike Bennett are the best choices. Bennett did wrestle Aldis already.
