Ngl Soldier ult this patch is basically the game giving you a few seconds to rest your aim. Definitely better to use it to bait defensive ults than to actually get picks

while this might be great for casuals, certain heroes are just absolute monsters right now. like facing a good widow in junkertown or any open map is an absolute nightmare now as she can't miss at all. In my placement we had several games with widow pogs back to back, as she is just clicking heads and getting 5ks.Also tracer is scary AF at the moment, she does sooo much dmg at close to mid range she has pulse every fight.

i actually think all these so called "fuck ups" with game tweaks are intentional to mix things up and let players have an experience. this buff will clearly get fixed but its times like this that have people talking and playing a bit more which helps with game activity. might be my own little conspiracy theory but it could be a thing too lol
