I've done elixir policies 2 different ways now. Both I feel viable depending on own play style and how much constant fighting will happen in your KvK. The double production speed (8%) is nice when fighting seem to be constant or high amount of daily merit trading. Gains you the highest amount of elixir in a 24 hr period. On the other hand if you cant make it to all the battles (RL happens sometimes) or there are just big battles infrequently (fight for a day then few days of nothing), then going blue capacity (400%) and purple production (5.5%) just feels better. You are able to store a little over 24 hrs worth of elixir approximately 500k troops. Felt like you could sustain full legions a little longer without having to rss heal during the big fight.

The healthcare policies make no sense... most people have nowhere near that level of troops so they won't impact the player's choice at all. Diligence is going to make it really difficult to stop krakens/big whales from dominating. I also think 20k elixir production from Reprieve is so unimpactful for the stage of the game we are at now. It should be way higher, like 100k+ minimum. You are right about them pushing troop deaths on us, and they are tring to push obscene rss healing on us, when it was already expensive. I personally won't be sending any of my troops to die, the rewards 99% of the time aren't worth it.
