I keep thinking how complicated it is to make pasta, but Jamie does it in a way that says to me, “stop fearing and dive in!” I’m trying to get more leafy greens in our diet and this is a great way to do it. I will try this recipe this week.

Bravissimo Jamie, da italiana penso che questa rivisitazione dei ravioli alle erbe sia fantastica, in particolare nella sostituzione della ricotta con le patate per dare consistenza. Specie per le persone, come me, che non gradiscono molto il sapore della ricotta. Proverò! Grazie😂
