Hi trabbipaul, thanks for the comment and subscribing to my channel. I'm using a RAMBO Auscrown Large Dual Ring High Pressure Wok Burner LP GasI. It's a great burner and very powerful, I've not even had it on full power yet, it's a bit scary lol 😆 It's made especially for using Chinese wok stir frying, thanks mate Amazon

@@redneckhillbilly544 I cook with my wok in a cast iron burner with less power. He had 10,5 kw power and my little new ca 24 kw. Its similar the kb5 burner from thailand. Manny members in a german bbq forum need him, or a x 72 burner from manniu. But u dont can get it direct from china. Only in china, or here with a dealer and he is verry expensive. China ca 40 €, here with eu valve 498 €!!!!! thats verry more u know

If that’s Dawn dish detergent it’s exactly the same as Fairy Liquid. It’s just they use different names. Same company makes them. If you notice the bottles are exactly the same. Nice wok!😍 **Excuse edits. Just woke up lol!

Cool thanks tishatti I didn't know that, but it doesn't surprise me these days, it's hard to know who owns what. Lol 😆 thanks for the comment.

No worries, mate, this is the wok I bought and the price I paid Australian dollars, free postage. It's a really great wok. The actual feeling of it is very comfortable and easy to flip so far, although I haven't actually cooked anything properly in it yet. I will hopefully be cooking a Chinese meal in it on Saturday, fried rice, and not sure what else yet, probably chicken satay or Chilli beef. I'll upload that on my youtube channel. Thanks for the comment, mate.

i have never seen a wok smoke so much....perhaps a different oil?
@redneckhillbilly5447 ай бұрын
Hi larryfague1553 thanks for your comment, I use peanut oil as that's the oil a lot of Chinese Cook's use, and I like the taste of it, as it tastes more like a Chinese takeaway, cheers mate
