Yep, this is what I thiught... However his t-shirt states: "ΧΞΣ" so by Σ he must mean ς (I know they are both sigma), what was missleading was the fact that Σ (capital sigma if you can call it that) is also used for the number 200 (but someone else explained that it is only valid in case it is the first letter) .
