Pardon me for asking, but how do people listen to this, like im not even kidding, is it the beat or the sound that you guys like?
@lochurquhart14999 жыл бұрын
When you get used to this speed, complexity and harsh sound anything less seems boring. It's mostly listened to for the following; energy, mood, speed, heaviness, sound and most importantly FOR THE GLORY OF SATAN!
@kaltiny19979 жыл бұрын
But im used to music at this speed and harsh sounds as well, i listen to hardcore, no not the metal inspired hardcore, its an electronic genre. and it has the same speed, (if not faster) than this along with harsh screeches and a distorted drum kick. Try Dj Angerfist- Messenger of God for a good example :)
@lochurquhart14999 жыл бұрын
kaltiny1997 I get where you're coming from but black metal is actually harsher due to sharpness. (Although there are faster bands than this). Plus the devil chords are used alot in black metal thus harsher. But other than that your point stands.
@alexsitaras65089 жыл бұрын
kaltiny1997 other than jazz or classical music modern music lacks effort, there are few exceptions like elite metal bands
@Hawdkoah9 жыл бұрын
kaltiny1997 It's a combination of both sound and rhythm for me. If you're into hardcore electronica and want to bridge the gap between that and black metal, I'd recommend Blacklodge, Liturgy, Igorrr, Peste Noir, and Thorns. They're pretty experimental by black metal standards for sure, but they're a good place to start if you're used to electronic music.

First taste of 1349. I quite like this song. PROS: The riffage is pretty cool and consistent, the more melodic parts are a nice touch, the double-bass stamina is impressive. CONS: The riffage has a tendency to get repetitive, inaudible bass, and the blast-beats seem a bit unnecessary. Still enough to spark my interest. I'll keep listening
