I Already own a thanos amc with sfx100 kit. Can I plug this directly to the Thanos amc and use simhub? Thank you

A doubt, shouldn't the belt slack when accelerating and tighten when braking?

Yes it's a bit weird. But the brain does the rest

Why do you screw that metal pulley and then you unscrew it? That motor is huge, did you try with a smaller one and some reduction? What is the torque that you need?
@Fantaman9002 жыл бұрын
Plastic is not that strong and the force needed for the clamp is to high thus you pull it tight and than hold it in place with the weaker plastic parts. That motor is a standard sized servo motor, great since there are plenty around for many different machines. Even my open sim wheel uses a standard size servo motor but than again larger size and I can say it's awesome. Being industrial motors they are meant for heavy use and easy to find a replacement with the same size.

Hm...because you want to tight the two metal parts together, and then use other screws for the metal assembly. The motor is quite big but you won't find smaller ones... There is the 60st but the price is the same

why we can't use stepper motor? why only servo?

Because it's smoother
