The new motorcycle is positioned in the retro Bobber style and its overall exterior design looks quite striking. The engine and fuel tank parts are basically the same as those of the Chinchilla 450, but the rear chassis and rear shock absorber are different. As for the rear double gun shock absorber, Napoleon uses a central hidden shock absorber, which makes the entire rear of the car simpler and more capable. At the same time, Napoleon also replaced the reverse shock absorber of Jinjila 450. It has an upright shock absorber and the outer part of the shock absorber is equipped with a unique decorative panel, which greatly reduces the feeling of space at the front.
The new motorcycle adopts the single-seat seat design commonly used in pure Bobber models. It can also be seen that the Napoleon uses the same spraying process as the Liao 700 on the chassis, rear swing arm and license plate frame.
Its price is 26,900 Yuan.
The headlights feature similar interior styling as the Black Flag 500, but the daytime running lights have been reduced from four to two to accommodate the two-cylinder engine tune.
On the power side, the Napoleon is also equipped with the Chinchilla 450's V-type twin-cylinder water-cooled engine. Actual displacement is 448cc, peak power is 37Kw/8500rpm, maximum torque is 45N.m/7000rpm. Equipped with a slipper clutch as standard, Benda has made some changes to the appearance of this engine. The design of the cylinder head resembles the water cooler on the Harley 975.
The brake system is the same as the Chinchilla 450. The front floating single disc is paired with a four-piston caliper, and the rear single disc is paired with a single-piston caliper. Tire specifications are 150/80-R16. It is 180/65-R16 front and rear.
The configuration includes front and rear ABS and TCS, round retro LCD instrument, LED lamps all over the car, aluminum alloy wheels, etc. It is similar to that of Jinjila 450, including Fuel tank capacity is 16 L and curb weight is 190 kg. It is 22 kg lighter than the Jinjila 450 and its seat height is 695 mm.

If I'm not mistaken it hasn't been launched in India yet. I think it will come by the end of the year.
