For everone asking: They are swiss and speak swiss german which is (of course) just a german dialect. If you are from germany or Austria (like Arnold) you understand what they say. They talk about Marinas Car, how much she loves driving, female race drivers and racing in general.

Swiss speak swiss german. Its bascially the same language just a different dialect. Same with Austrians. Schwarzeneggers native tongue is austrian german which is also just a different dialect

I knew about Arnold Hitler was also an Austrian German speaker as he was Austrian n Jewish. Ironically enough they didn't find out he wasn't German until after he was in charge lol

Marina does seems to have a very expressive and uppity personality, which does appear to be the opposite of her SKYND persona in her music videos. However, I did see an interview with SKYND where she was quite bubbly, laughing, and very talkative. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I think she kinda has a cute personality.
