It's great you talk about the importance of stretching and using a foam roller. I think a good idea would be if you make a tutorial about it (for example types of stretches that are most important for trickers or freerunners)

Dominique in my opinion is so amazing man. Because he don't look fit ,I mean he is little fat ,and he can do things what skinny athlets can't do.
