Paula's yoga is better than a massage for releasing my tight neck and shoulders. Its' the best medicine and the sense of relief almost moves me to tears. I love your practices and no other yoga instructor measures up to you. Thank you for being my teacher.

@yoginimelbourne I really liked this practice and "Neck pain relief yoga 8min "! A couple years ago I was searching for "sauna yoga" and until I came across your videos I had only found two sauna friendly practices. Now I have 4 I can do in there. I'd like to request you make a series of short (10-15 minute) videos that are designed to be done seated on a bench. Most sauna ceilings are low enough the you can't fully extend arms overhead. That could be a consideration, or I'd just sit on the lower bench.

I started following you since last month, I had chronpain in my shoulders and neck , it helped me a lot to get rid of pain. I am doing this neck and shoulder on regular basis. I want to try famous yoga poses and trying to follow you but unable to do some exercises like 5 daily yoga poses , please do some tutorial on downward dog.

Just did 2 of your videos back to back.😍😍😍 You have a super soothing voice which I love. I wonder for a future sleep video, is it possible to guide us to relax vocally from head down..Like brows, eyes ..Down to the legs n toes. Know what I mean? Aww thank you, that's really sweet of you to say! It's not technically yin because we are moving through a sequence of movements/poses (you tend to hold poses for 3-5 min in yin). This is more of hatha style yoga practice with some functional movement/mobility in there :)

thank you for the great practice. but i have a question. i couldn’t do the monkey grip with my right arm lower on the back, while i did it easily when my left arm was lower on the back. also, i feel a little bit of pain in my right upper arm after the practice. does this mean i have something in my right shoulder?

Ahhh, thanks so much for this lovely upper body stretching session! I'm super tight in these areas, and these stretches helped me to release some tension, and to feel more relaxed.
