Using our City Pass, we had time to check out the Seattle Aquarium! We were able to touch tide pool creatures (sea anemone, sea urchins, sea cucumber, and more), watch the giant octopus show off, and check out the sea otters. It is so great to be able to go to aquariums and check out the different animals that they have on display. Especially when the environments are so much different in the colder climates then down in San Diego.
The jelly fish tubes were so cool to walk through. Its crazy that those are little animals! They look like aliens!
Before leaving the Seattle Aquarium, Michael had to see the sea otters. They had about 8 sea otters and they were so adorable. They also had river otters on display (not with the sea otters) and we watched them as long as we could, swimming around in their little habitats.
Next week we will be sharing the bay cruise in Seattle. Remember that al of the videos so far from our Seattle trip have been a single day. You can get so much out of a short trip if you plan properly so feel free to ask us questions if we didn't mention how we squeeze it all in.
