Hi Mina! Love your videos! Just to let u know, an "épi" means "ear", as in ear of corn or wheat ear (and not the body part, which in french would be "oreille") whereas "épée" means sword :) the bread you had ressembles un "épi de blé" or a wheat ear so I'm pretty sure thats whats in named after!
