Wow. What a soothing Q&A session. It's almost as if there's no such thing as police brutality or unprofessional conduct within Seattle's police department. Got time for any questions about how ineffective Seattle's OPA has been? Or what Chief Diaz is doing about that "mini mafia" thing? No, but we got more smooth jazz than Frasier Crane could stand!

Judicial tools forcing troubled souls bothering is justified.if you can incarcerate you can send to mental., Addiction or hospital, bevioral crisis . Substance abuse should be required to send to low level security addiction subscription
