You always make objective points Corbin, backed by facts, and are a big reason why I watch these videos. Your partner in crime, however, makes it very difficult to enjoy. Time and time again, he's like a columnist who just speaks subjectively, incapable of seeing the forrest through the trees. Gives me heartburn everytime I hear him speak. Temperature should be rising in that seat of his lol

Well the Superbowl ring John wears was won a decade ago. Last I checked, much like in every other sport, the league changes over time and John has yet to adjust. He has yet to prove he can build a cohesive offensive line that works with how ridiculously athletic and strong defensive linemen are in today's game. Look at how great KC has been at maintaining a top offensive line, or how they aggressively addressed it after the SuperBowl loss to TB. It sounds like there will never be a time where Rob would be willing to hold John accountable.

I think Geno haters need to relax, like a lot. 5 or 6 of his interceptions arent even his own fault, receivers or running backs dropping passes into receivers hands or tip passes at the line. And say what you want, outside of the Bills game, for every mistake Geno has made, he has still but us in position to win following his mistakes.

Totally agree with you on "temp" Corbin. Rob Wrong is just another Geno hater! How did those interceptions happen Wrong? Maybe 2 were Geno's fault. All hate for Geno, no actual analysis! The offensive problems are all attributable to the O line, which is the fault of the GM!
@rockmandrums3433 күн бұрын
The oline has been a turnstile for 10 yrs other by injuries or bad draft picks or not keeping guys, man wouldn't it be nice to see a oline that plays together in training camp and through a whole season together and is just good 😂 to me it's the fact these guys are not a unit playing as 1 , let's hope we can see some continuity going forward. Go hawks 👍

Starting the season by bringing in Connor Williams was à sign that we once again did not address the gapping hole at the interior of the O line. After half of the season it is clear that it is what is Killing the offense and de facto our team... the 2 wiffes at ILB was the icing on the cake. The Jones contract is going inhib the flexibility of the team moving forward. A lot of misses in the draft and free agency is making this team à 0.500 group at best in a tough division

To let Dodson go shows incompetence on the evaluation process in our head shed. Should've traded some talent for more draft picks and get the team you want not the Frankenstein version. Enough playoff push talk...
@nevillechan86073 күн бұрын
Why are we calling this organization 'smart' -- this is an utter failure and we should call a spade a spade. 12s should be up in arms over this. Trading your future (in draft picks) for players who barely get any playing time (e.g. Gipson)? Drafting players who barely get any playing time (e.g. Olu, Knight, Laumea, DJ James, Haynes, etc)? We should be looking to can Schneider.
@nevillechan86073 күн бұрын
Also, if there's such a big issue with Dodson, why not just bench him and promote Knight? We need depth. Having practice squad guys slot in when Knight or Jones goes down, that's not depth.

Who should be on the hot seat? vs Who is on the hot seat? Have completely different answers. Ownership seems completely unwilling to move on from Schneider. That's the elephant in the room. Personally Ive been over that guy for years So do you think Schneider is going to get rid if mm whom he hand selected? Nope. Will Schneider pay Geno 40 million? Nope. So who's likely to go? Its a shame because Geno is damn good but Schneider has never been fully on board with him.

Hey Corbin & Rob if Bryce Young continues to show improvement behind a terrible Panthers team and the panthers are still ready to move on from him at the end of the season, should the Seahawks consider trading Sam Howell for Bryce Young? Then sign Geno to another team friendly contract and having Bryce learn and develop behind Geno? According to ESPN Sam and Bryce have similar records and stats. I highly believe Bryce is not a bust but is on a busted team with no weapons around him and no confidence from the coaching staff! Thanks!

No pass protection. No running game. And there isn't a single player in the secondary who enjoys tackling. And...we have a rookie head coach. Sounds more/less identical to a Denver team that RW foolishly agreed to go to.

Why was it stunning. He would stay in his gap and could get off blocks. I wouldn't have cut him he a depth piece. But he would not have been starting for me. The more he played you got to see why his old team didn't want him. He'd be better suited for a 4-3 not a 3-4.

so....let me get this straight....the hawks cut Dodson "so younger guys can step up"....but we keep rolling out a QB1 where there is also "a young guy waiting to to step up" behind him.....makes no sense

We need to let Schneider n work with Macdonald n coaches finishing the season. Then, work together in the draft, free agency, off season, etc? the coaches didn’t know each other, learned each other n the players n scheme their 1st year..n they needed to play to see, if they could excel in these this new defense, offense, ST .. so giving lil grace, replacements n see improvement,after the changes n time? Hawks WILL BEAT 9ers in SC.. n Continue, Rocking! Gooo Hawks 🥶

People overrated this team by mile. I said before the season started, they'd win 6 games. Looking at who they have left to play it looks about right. Every team they have left are better teams than they are. Seattle may have better players, but they have the better team. The roster really isn't that good. New HC, OC, DC. It's a lot to put over a roster's plate to digest. There were going to be major growing pains. At right guard Haynes has to be terrible to not win that job. Olu Oluwatimi must be terrible not to beat of Williams who is terrible. The OL is a mess and isn't going to get better this year. That hamstrings the OC because it doesn't let him use the playbook because the OL won't let him. The GM doesn't spend on OL. He wants cheap castoffs thinking it will just work. How? It's not worked since he been there. Of course, people forget Seattle had the highest paid OL when they won the Seattle. Was it the best OL no. But it was getting paid. After that they went cheap, and it's showed for 10 years. You get what you pay for Seattle doesn't pay OL and they have none. If firing the GM changes that then he should be gone. Everything the GM does it great expect picking OL. And it's killing Seattle year after year.

Rob your take on Geno is absolutely asinine. Ignoring everything around him and focusing on superficial nonsense like TD to INT ratio, and QB wins shows how terrible of analysis that was. The more I learn football, the less i like what rob says on this show. Seems like a nice guy, but the Seahawks-centric football analysis has been outright bad for years. Well Geno has thrown some terrible interceptions that have nothing to do with the bad Oline just saying
@jalienjackson99953 күн бұрын
@@RandyCreateslet's go over the 10 interceptions he's thrown... 1st one against the Broncos, not his fault as he had Lockett open behind the linebacker, but couldn't step into the throw because the Oline gave up insta pressure and got hit in his legs The 2 against Miami, again neither were his fault as they both got tipped up into the air for an easy INT for the defenders The 1 against the Lions was a desperation hail Mary type pass 49ers game, he threw 2, the first one was 100% his fault. The second he threw is up for debate since dk ran a lazy route which allowed the dk to undercut. Not Geno's fault imo Bills game INT, definitely his fault Rams game, you can blame him for 2 of those INTs but the one JSN popped up that got picked was not on him So 5 of the 11 INTs haven't been Geno's fault, but the result of fluky circumstances or his receivers/rbs popping or dropping passes right into defenders hands
