Seattle Seahawks vs Saints Earthquake, Guinness world record crowd noise MNF 12/2/2013

We were running a little late to the game because of traffic.. turns out we arrived at just the right time! It was 3rd Down Hawks on Defense.. The 12th Man helps the Defense cause a Fumble, & Michael Bennett recovers & scores a Touchdown.
This is the play that caused the small earthquake picked up by the City of Seattle WA seismic monitors.
I have always wanted to capture a moment like this on the street, Grand entrance side of the Stadium.. Thank God.

I was very lucky to have a father that took us to games in Denver back in the day and my pop always encouraged us to scream and yell when our team scored because it was fun as he always said. I was raised in Downtown Denver and of course my pop always took us to the Broncos games and Nuggets games as well so we were raised as young kids to appreciate the crowd noise and scream at the top of our lungs and I was about 6 or 7 years of age. My Pop built us Ford Tough and NFL football games we were trained to deal with the cold wet rainy and snow elements because my Pop always told us bad ugly weather is the best for NFL football and so it was said and done. I'm now 46 years old and when I hear roaring crowds like this it just brings a natural smile to my face and goosebumps as well because to me...the loud noise...the roars....it's music to my ears and brings back nostalgic memories. Defensive touchdown.. Micheal Bennett recovered fumble for a. TD.. on a 3rd down... so the initial crowd noise was simply the fact, that it was third down & we had our rival pinned near the end zone. If I'm correct it was the first recorded seismic activity at a Seahawks game.. it was MNF Seahawks hosting 49ers..

I was at that game with my father and his friend because his friend was an officer who stood on the sidelines and was the guy who would run out if say a streaker got on field. I was on the sidelines with them and It was one of the greatest experiences of my life. I was so close to the action and it was amazing and headache inducing but in a good way, I've been to every NFL field in America (besides Soldier field) and nothing even came close to the Clink (quest at the time).

You do realize refs have had to stop play like 3 times during a game against the broncos one time and threaten to flag the defense because the crowd was so loud John Elway and the entire Broncos offense couldn’t hear anything right? We were running late because of massive traffic in the North End of Seattle taking shortcuts all the way down.. we missed this dramatic play, & being inside the stadium on a Monday night football game.. but it was a random video footage I just turned on the camera.. I always wanted to record from the outside during a game.. you can't see the crowd barely in the video but I will never forget we could see the south corners of the stadium seats.. portion of the crowd and they were literally all jumping up and down.. the movement looked like a beehive.. later when I heard the news I was not surprised there was seismic activity recorded by the University of Washington.. In this year 2021 Russell Wilson has been injured, we have lost a few, but the 12th man fans have never and will never, settle for just sacrificing the season and playing to lose for a first-round draft pick. , bring it Hawks.
