We’re staying at the other Hampton Inn, a couple blocks away. You were right about needing to pay attention for the shuttle drivers, because I saw 3 different Hampton shuttles ( one white, one blue and one orange). If you love chocolate, make sure to stop off at the Seattle Chocolate store in Terminal C. See you on board.

Thanks for the video! We were on the cruise with you. We also stayed at the Hampton Inn the night before and our room was NOT as nice as the room you had. We did not have the fridge or the seating area. The room had a king bed but it was very small. It gave us dated motel vibes. We arrived very late because of a cancelled flight and we were just happy to make it to Seattle for the cruise!

@@LetsGoTravelTips Yes, that is the one. It was fine for the short amount of time we were there. Another difference I noticed was that the bathroom in our room did not have a bathtub, it only had a shower.

We just finished our cruise august 15 with majestic princess. There were confirmed cases of CoVID on our ship and we found out because they Accidentally called our room to let that person know to go get tested. Many people were not wearing mask in the public spaces. There is enough positive cases that CDC is going to do an investigation. We plan to go get tested in the next two days. Just be careful. Safe travels. Overall it was amazing experience. First time cruiser.

Thank you for the update! I hope you stay healthy. I actually saw that report and there are several other ships with enough cases that the CDC is investigating them as well. The crew here now has to all wear N95 masks and they closed the area where the crew mingle together in their off time. I think it’ll really help also that we have all had those negative Covid tests when boarding. Keep us posted on anything else you here! Curious why you would take the Hampton shuttle back to the airport to get on a Princess shuttle when you could have taken the Hampton Inn shuttle directly to the cruise ship for a small price? Seems like a lot of extra time wasted doing that so help me understand. Thanks.

Our hotel was only a block from the airport and did not offer an option to the port. This is as we planned. We also found that as we went back to the airport, others were doing the same and you instantly had travel partners; not someone you had to continually be with, but others who were going to your same ship and you get to say hi to. The best part of the Princess Shuttle is that they then take your bags and you don't need to worry about them anymore; they show up in your stateroom. Just part of the way that we plan and travel so that we can have a more care-free, worry-free travel experience. Thanks for watching; hope that answers your question!!!

@@LetsGoTravelTips was just curious because it seemed counter productive to getting on the ship to go back to the airport. I had clients who were there for the first cruise in late July and they paid $15PP to ride the shuttle directly to the cruise port. Enjoyed your video. .

So before you can’t fly back home from Seattle the airport give test.

For our cruise, we needed to present a negative Covid test and we wanted to show that this is an option at the airport. We do NOT need to have a test prior to returning home as we are flying domestically, within the US. Some countries may require a test so this is a place to do that within the airport.
