Im from Orlando and I am used to seeing people who don’t care about their jobs, Seaworld unfortunately is one of them, BuschGardens Tampa is a different story, hopefully they get their 💩 together or sell the park, the park has so much potential.

Not a fan of SeaWorld, so the lack of care for customers on something as simple as a refill will happily keep me out of any of their parks lol

It’s one thing to see someone steal something but that should have never happened. I wish I got the guys name but forgot to look because I was so mad. I’ll still visit SeaWorld every once in a while or when they add a new coaster but I’m in no rush to get back.

That's crazy he thought you stole the cup just bc it was missing a lid. Who was he to assume that, anyway? People lose stuff all the time. Shoot, I lost my SFGAdv all-season cup but still had the lid so a cashier at Macho Nacho just gave me a new cup.

When I went up to the refill station, the dude was over in the Pipeline gift shop next door talking it up w/ some girls instead of standing by the register too. Dude clearly didn’t deserve to work there in the first place.

FYI. The lock OUT key has a K on it, not L. That key is supposed to be there.

I just went to SeaWorld SD for the first time-- absolutely horrible experiences with so many of the employees. But that's what you get when you attend an animal prison that's disguised itself as a theme park. I will never give SeaWorld chain another dime of my money.

It’s a shame they can’t get their act together. They have all this money to add new rollercoasters but can’t afford to pay their hourly employees enough to both be happy and work hard. Everyone working at these parks seems like they don’t want to be there and to be fair I completely understand.. SeaWorld is in trouble for sure

… and spends hundreds of millions on rollercoasters but don’t pay the people running the rides enough to care. It’s so sad and I hope they can get it together because as of right now, SeaWorld is worse than any Six Flags park or Cedar Fair park. It’s so sad
