We are very familiar with the UX builder, how long do you think we can still use that, and will it go away completely?

The UX Builder, a core feature of the Flatsome theme, is actively maintained and updated by UX Themes. The latest version, 3.19.7, was released on November 12, 2024, showing continued support and development. Although there’s no official announcement about discontinuing the UX Builder, it’s always a good idea to keep an eye on UX Themes’ updates for any future changes.

This is the only builder that makes working with blocks enjoyable. I wonder if there's a dark mode.

Glad you’re enjoying Supablox! It truly makes working with blocks a breeze. Regarding dark mode, that’s a great question! While Supablox doesn’t currently offer a built-in dark mode, you can use browser extensions or system-level settings to achieve a dark interface. Fingers crossed, a native dark mode feature might come in a future update! 😊

What are your thoughts on Bricks Builder?

Overall, Bricks offers a powerful and streamlined solution for developers and designers seeking performance and customization in one package.

It looks really great! I’ve downloaded the trial package and am currently exploring it on localhost. However, I have a question: You mentioned that it has access to the WordPress core. Does this mean we’ll be able to customize WooCommerce order email content without installing additional plugins? Will we have the chance to do this directly? Regarding the header, will it be fixed like the "Header Presets" section in the Flatsome theme, or will we have the flexibility to make changes as we want? I’m curious because Flatsome’s header section is nice but very rigid and hard to customize. It also lacks multi-language support. It would be great to see all of these features in action! :)

I don’t think you can manage WooCommerce email templates with Supablox. In terms of header you can customise much more in the future. No need to worry! I spoke with Tommy, the founder of Flatsome, and he assured me that the UX Builder will remain a part of Flatsome for a long time. Over time, it might even be offered as a standalone plugin. When that happens, you’ll have the option to use either the UX Builder or Supablox to manage your websites. Our designs and tutorials will work for both builders, but since Supablox is a more powerful tool, I recommend getting familiar with it. I’ll be creating videos to help with that, so we’re all prepared for the future. Hope that clears things up!

It's weak. No different than using the built in WordPress Full Site Editor. It doesn't even add any functionality. I'm guessing the "Pro" version will be a yearly subscription 👎 I was really hoping for more. I can do everything Supablox does without needing to install their plugin.

The point is to offer an UI more optimised for Site building than Full Site Editor. It has a completely custom drag & drop system. Supablox basic (the free version) will not add any extra functionality to blocks, but the builder UI has some powerful features not available in Full Site Editor. - Like full site live preview (click the play icon), context switching for templates etc.

Let’s see where this development of Supablox will take us. When Flatsome 3.0 was released it was also really good and thought out. I am very hopeful that this will be a good product for the future.
