He’s right about Mexico. We were in Cabo for my sons wedding and the people in the restaurants at the hotel would go above and beyond to accommodate our table, whether there was 40 of us or just a table for two

"They don't have neighborhoods like this in CA". LOL. Yes they do. Plenty of them. You just don't see kids riding bikes as much in Hollywood and Beverly Hills!

A man not comfortable with that kind of money is a man who, dare I say, worships money.

You apparently don't know what it's like to grow up with immigrant parents. They really put the fear of God into you regarding money. Work as hard as you can. Save as much as possible. Invest for the future. You never know when your career is going to come to an end so make as much as you can while you can. The main advantage of being successful and in demand is that it gives you the opportunity to work even more. That's the mentality. People who grew up the the U.S. are more likely to believe that the good times will never end and there's nothing to worry about. Immigrants often come from a background that makes them incredibly ambitious when they have the opportunity to succeed. It's not worshipping money. It's the knowledge that bad things can happen so you better work like a fiend and prepare while you have the chance.

I appreciate his work ethic and approach to financial independence but it says he's worth 35 million. Who knows how accurate that is so let's say it's 10 million. A pretty much risk free return of 5% is easy which gives him half a million annualy. He doesn't struck me as a guy with a ridiculous lifestyle so with half a million a year you can live extremely comfortable and can easily affort a second or even thrird home.

People become famous from their talents, they achieve the American dream become wealthy owning expensive things BUT fame can dwindle, money dries up, marriages then fail life then sucks. Invest your money, live comfortably prepare for the low time, it’s coming.

He's now famous, extremely wealthy and successfully achieved the American Dream. However, America is now no longer good enough for him. Yet he still wants to earn more of those big American dollars so he can buy another home to enjoy better 'service' in Mexico. Screw this guy! Why doesn't he open a premium service restaurant within America and give something back to help improve his own country?! Celebrity culture STINKS of rotting greed, ego and narcissism.
