Personally, I believe that online is always the more honorable way to raid someone. The most important part of that is that they deserve that honor. If a group is as toxic as they were then they completely forfeit any claims at being worthy of being treated honorably. If you have the numbers and supplies to make it hurt and dominate them with an online then there is satisfaction in making them squirm, but in situations like you tend to find yourself in, where you are outnumbered and a lot of times outgunned, then the priority is just to get rid of them as soon as possible and be sure you succeed. In this specific case you also happened to be defending the quality of the wipe for an entire group of seemingly good people, in the hotel. Everything was totally justified, and likely the best way to handle it anyway. By the way, been having some health and family issues, not looking for sympathy or anything, just letting you know where I have been and that I will be back in a few weeks.

In Rust in my opinion. There is no Honorable way to Raid someone in Rust. Even if a team logged off for the night. They will only learn that everything they had will be gone in a matter in seconds...Eat or be Eaten, Rob or be Robbed. Game is a Toxic but a good game...but mostly toxic.

Rust is absolutely toxic AF but every person that plays gets to decide how they are going to play the game. Just because the other players are toxic does not mean that you have to be. No matter how you look at it , it is just a game, and you can play it however you want, that is part of the appeal of Rust in general.
