SEBI Aims To Broaden Connected Person Definition In Insider Trading Norms: Assessing Implications

SEBI must bring back the condition of financial dependency to protect distant family members, says Abhishek Dadoo, Partner, Khaitan & Co, as the regulator proposes amendments to insider trading regulations.
