Hahaha!!! SEBI doesn't give a f*ck about some random nobody trader like PR. Yes, he is famous but compared to the daily traded volume, PR's activity account for less than 10,000th of half a drop in the ocean. Indian regulators WILL ALWAYS try to limit leveraged speculation in the markets. This is not the wild west kind of markets like in the USA. SEBI does a much better job protecting us than the SEC is ever capable of doing. SEBI's job is to protect us against charlatans like PR. He had to disgorge Rs.4Cr, makes you wonder... where does he make most of his money from, from trading? or from coaching?

SEBI needs money in every step, whatever it may be, whether it's real-time data, knowledge, information. Everyone, SEBI, brokers, big fund houses, institutions, FIIs, DIIs are earning money from retailers but SEBI won't provide even real-time data to retailers for free, only big institutions get hands on the real time data, retailers are kept in the dark and ultimately lose money. I wish all retailers were out of the market for some time and let SEBI and big institutions do business on their own and earn money without retailers.

To distribute their holdings to retail investors, as they will be holding without any investment like infy wipro.... they have no investment still holding lakhs of shares they keep shoting selling till retail buying, when retail stop buying and with frustration and fear when maximum retail investors sell therw holdings and no more seller and buyers they buy back sold + profit money more stocks .. Same cycle😢 repeats. Other way, example they created panic in tata motors stock went down to 65-80 levels with bad news in place it came back shorply to 100 200 500 then drama started till its down to 365 380 again upwards.... this is the game😂😂

No doubt PR Sundar has good knowledge of the markets, grown thru his efforts and created good awareness on Option selling. Reaped huge benefits in the market as well as thru his premium training courses. But for the past a year or so, he started feeling indispensible about himself, a certain level of arrogance has creeped in (remember in a video, he called himself God of Option selling). He raised some valid points about charges in our markets, but at the same time he was slightly baised and discriminative. A person with such a knowledge and experience should have followed all the compliances properly. Market is a great Leveler. So, it has put some breaks on his over confidence / carelessness. Lets hope he will learn from this and return strongly. (PS. Now, I understand why he was saying he will move away from Indian markets, become a NRI and trade in US markets - may be because of the 1 year ban)

@@abhisurs Why getting so angry. He is not playing with anyone’s life. And no matter whom u consult, it’s always risky. U need to accept the losses. Don’t invest if u cant take it. I personally followed his training videos which are genuine for gaining knowledge. I never take anyone’s advise for investing. I do my own analysis and i take the burden of loss on me.

@@AnandSingh-iy9dx absolutely... I m not angry and i don't take consultation with anyone. I also follow and learn from him. But for past few months he is polluting minds of people so i have that disagreement and also he being a pro still prefered to break law and cheat people. Bro an unlicensed advise person to person is ok but at a public level is a crime. His ideology n politics he is mixing and making people to evade taxes. No anger but when he moke the law and system as a citizen i react.. my reaction is this. Also when people says it's a simple ignorance coz u follow him but what if it was a doctor or police or lawyer or engineer... These r not simple things as u think... Yah i am but angry that he promoted and entertained people for taking Vauld platform and later he washed of hands by putting Gandhi as example. Even in many videos he said he is not licensed consultant, so then after that knowledge also if he preferred to cheat Sebi n people, then he is doing crime... Law should be respected and from his many videos he made it very clear he doesn't like India and prefers Singapore or Dubai yah ofcourse that's his freedom.. but he choses India for these illegal things but if he did this in US or Dubai or other places then his future is gone, he knows it and that's why he stays here n did this and he knows maximum he get a ban or fine but he earned a hell lot of money. Yah for u n me, we take calculated risks but poor ignorant people will fall for it. It's not anger it's agitation... Both r different.

There are millions of people who are providing advisory without sebi registration, why sebi is silent about them. Actually, this guy is making awareness among the traders and investors regarding worse indian tax system and thats not digested. He thought option selling to Indian retailers because of that big market Rowdies are in trouble. He is educating ppl not providing any advisory, why education require license of sebi even if it's paid. Some politics is happened with him because of some market Rowdies. Fool ppl r not standing with him even if they have learned something from him and are from same community, that's the tragedy here.

यह नियम में सेबी से मंजूरी लेना अनिवार्य क्यो है जब देश और देशी कार्य करते साफ शुद्ध तो एक दूसरे को अपना विचार दे सकते है जिसे लेना हो चाहे न लेना वह छोड़ सकता है मगर जुर्माना सेबी द्वारा लगाना गलत है इसका मतलब ये होता के अगर कोई पब्लिक दखल दे तो उसपर फिर तो अंदर ही अंदर सेबी भी अपनी खिचड़ी पकाता होगा उसकी जिम्मेदारी पड़ोसी तो लेगा तो देना हक बनेगा की जुर्माना जब नागरी देसी हो तो जुर्माना सेबी नही लगा सकता पर पाकिस्तानी हुवा तो क्या जुर्माना वसूल पायेगा घर मे दादा गिरी बर्दाश्त नही की जाएगी सेबी देसियों से है शेर मार्केट भी दसियों का है जुर्माना तो देशी भी सेबी पर ठोक सकता जब बिना का गीत और माला का सीना संदूक जी जी जयहिन्द वंदेमातरम जयजय महाराष्ट्रियन....❤❤❤
